Digestive - Spearmint

Sometimes the best things are the simplest. A single ingredient — pure spearmint, nothing added. Bright, cooling and naturally sweet, it's the tea you brew without thinking about it: after a meal, between meetings, or whenever you need a moment of calm. Nothing hidden. Nothing unnecessary. Just spearmint, exactly as it should be.

Preparation: Steep 2g in 250ml of boiling water for 8–10 minutes. Equally good cold-brewed overnight.
