Lemon balm is the quiet one in the Mediterranean herb garden — less assertive than verbena, softer than mint, with a gentle lemon warmth that's deeply calming. Grown across the Mediterranean and long used as an evening herb, it's the blend for when you want to slow down without quite stopping. Lovely clean flavour. Nothing added.
