Lemon & Ginger

The lemon groves of Sicily produce fruit so fragrant the peel alone is worth preserving. Here it meets warming Albanian ginger, turmeric root, cardamom and cinnamon sticks — a spiced citrus blend that builds slowly and opens up the longer you sit with it. Bright up front, warm in the finish. The kind of blend that clears your head and steadies you at the same time.

Ingredients: Ginger, lemon peel, orange peel, cardamom, turmeric root, blackberry leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, Indian saffron.

Steep 2g in 250ml of boiling water for 5–6 minutes. Add honey for a cold-season remedy that actually works.
