Sage & Honey

This is the blend we tried at a small hotel in the Albanian mountains — the one that made us detour to Shkodër to find the people who made it. Wild Albanian sage, linden flowers, lemon balm and verbena, softened with manuka honey granules and scattered rose petals. Earthy, aromatic, gently sweet. The kind of tea that makes you sit down and stay a while.

It hasn't changed. We haven't asked them to change it. This is exactly what it was the day we first tasted it.

Ingredients: Herbal Blend of Sage with Lemon Verbena, Apple, Blackberry Leaves, Linden Leaves, Lemon Balm, Manuka Honey Granules, Rose Petals

Wild-harvested in the Albanian Alps. Blended by Yellow.Fit in Shkodër, Albania.

Preparation: Steep 2g in 250ml of water at 90°C for 5–6 minutes. The sage opens slowly — give it time.
